Valley Crest II neighborhood is comprised of 29 homes located in Maple Valley, Washington. We are in walking distance to the Four Corners shopping area, Cedar River trail, Henry's Ridge Natural Area and Summit Park & Ball fields.
The purpose of the Home Owners Association is to oversee the upkeep of the neighborhood. The HOA is here to ensure that homeowners abide by the Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions. Board members are your neighbors who are willing to volunteer their time to serve the community and make it a better place for everyone. The purpose of the CC&Rs is to protect the economic value, desirability of ownership, and architectural uniformity of the homes within Valley Crest II. Statistics show that well maintained communities increase more in property values and are easier to sell because they are more desirable to potential buyers.
